Another addition to the HBC range from Blizzard in the form of a
refrigerated prep counter. The stainless steel exterior and interior, allow
for the surfaces to be disinfected easily, making them food safe.
HBC3EN features even air distribution via a ducted system, supports
ventilated cooling and automatic defrost. The temperature can be
changed using the easily accessible dixell controller.
