Pentland Wholesale Ltd are a leading supplier of refrigerated and commercial catering products. We have an expansive array of quality products, and supply to a range of customers nationwide.
We are looking to recruit a Spares Administrator within the busy Spares & Service Office. The main duties of the role are to deal politely and efficiently with customer requests via telephone and email. You must be conscientious, reliable, have a positive attitude and have excellent communication skills. The ability to deal with orders and enquiries on a day-to-day basis in a busy office environment and actively work as part of a team is vital to the role. Previous experience in a Spare Parts Supplier environment and a familiarity with Microsoft Office and Business Central would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be given.
Duties include:
- Accurately generate quotations in response to customer enquiries.
- Take orders, check stock, quote prices & follow up quotations.
- Answer telephone enquiries
- Serve customers on the Trade Counter.
- Maintaining and updating the ERP system (Navision).
- Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with customers and other departments.

This is a full-time position 08.30 until 17.00 hrs. 37.5hours per week.
