We worked hard over the last few months to ensure our website is up to speed with today’s standards. You are now able to easily check stock, place your orders and pay online. Many products have already been updated with images that show their true colour, material and general appearance. This is a big change that allows you to see what the units actually look like.

If you have made yourself familiar with our new catalogue’s design, our website won’t be a huge shock! All products carry descriptions and icons that correspond with our catalogue making it easy to spot which units have castor wheels or how many years guarantee they come with.

We are also modernising the way we handle graded and clearance stock. All of our stock will be on our website available to order and pay for online. Graded units will be updated with true photos of any scratches, bumps or damages, allowing you to see exactly what you are getting.

Another big shift within our website is to do with the names and descriptions of items, which ultimately change how you are able to search for what you are looking for. Most of our current customers are familiar with the SKU names of our products, but those don’t tell you much about what the unit is or what it does. The SKU names are still there, and you are able to look up units using those, but we begun to use more descriptive names for our products to give you a better idea of the size or any important features straight away without you having to click into the item. This also means that you are able to search for the type of product that you are looking for and our closest matches from various brands will show up letting you see a variety of similar products and their prices next to each other.

Regarding pricing there are some exciting news we have to share. Soon, you will be able to compare pricing on our website with our competitors, but it doesn’t end there! We will match the price and offer extra discount to help you save money as our loyal customer. This is something that will be implemented in the future so keep your eye on our updates!

In order to be able to fully utilise our website you must apply for a trade account. Only then you will be able to login and see your price with your discount applied, as well as place your order and pay online or by requesting a proforma, or on your account if eligible.
