The compact Blizzard BCC1-PREP saladette comes with a polypropylene cutting
board already installed. The unit’s interior and exterior are made out of
durable and easy-clean, high grade AISI 304 stainless steel. Rounded
internal corners, easily removable condenser filter and adjustable feet,
help to make cleaning a quick and easy task.
A large open top GN well with hinged cover allows for easy access to
storage for multiple sizes of GN container up to 150mm deep.
