Delivery

Delivery is UK mainland only. All deliveries are subject to there being a reasonable place for parking and unloading of the vehicle. Please note it is your responsibility to check that the goods physically fit the site, should you have any queries regarding access etc. please contact our transport department and we will do our best to assist. Should a site survey be required, this can be done by ourselves for a small charge. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is made by one driver. Dealer assistance will be required on site unless the item is small enough to be handled by the driver. Given adequate notice we are able to supply additional labour at an extra cost. Delivery to the end user site is available at £15.00+Vat per consignment. Our standard delivery service includes taking the goods into a ground floor site with clear and level access. Delivery to site does not include unpacking and siting of the equipment this is available at an extra cost.

Specialist Delivery Service

We are able to provide quotations on specialist delivery & installation of many of our products. Please contact our logistics department on 01254 614466 or email logistics@pentlandwholesale.co.uk Installations are agreed on the basis that information regarding site access & specialist equipment requirements is correct. Double man teams are arranged depending on the site & equipment and may result in extra costs to be applied. Installations are only undertaken provided the goods can be sited safely. Failure to supply the correct information may result in aborted delivery charges.
